On December 3, 2025, the new regional laboratory building of the Himachal Pradesh State Pollution Control Board (HPSPCB) was inaugurated at Dari, near Dharamshala. The inauguration ceremony was presided over by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu.
Representing the Men-Tsee-Khang Tibetan Medical and Astro Institute, Executive Director Mr. Thupten Tsering, Cultural Director Dr. Tsering Norbu, General Secretary Mr. Dhondup Palden, the Principal of Men-Tsee-Khang Sowa Rigpa Medical College Dr. Ngawang Soepa Bhutia, and Head of Quality Control Department of Men-Tsee-Khang Mrs. Tenzin Norlha attended the ceremony. On the occasion, they extended their congratulations and presented a commemorative statue of the Medicine Buddha to the newly inaugurated regional laboratory.
