On Thursday, March 23, 2023, at Men-Tsee-Khang College hall a ceremony was held to mark the 62nd year of the foundation ceremony of Men-Tsee-Khang Tibetan Medical & Astro-Science Institute of His Holiness the Dalai Lama re-established in 1961. There were 24 medical students of the 20th Medical batch who graduated with the Menpa-Kachupa Degree after completing a one-year internship. As part of this special occasion, Honorable Chief Guest Dr. Anil Kumar Garg, Deputy Governor of Ayush, Kangra District, presented the Menpa-Kachupa Degree Certificate, Convocation Letter, and Internship Certificate to the students.
