Under the direction of the Medical Assessment & Rating Board of Indian System of Medicine, NCISM, New Delhi, the hybrid mode of visitation for the Academic Session 2023-2024 of Men-Tsee-Khang Sowa-Rigpa Medical College & Hospital, Dharamsala was carried out on 9th and 10th May 2023 by a visitation committee consisting of two visiting members viz. Dr. Tashi Dawa from CIHTS, Sarnath, and Dr. Mahesh K. Vyas, from All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi.

As per the SOP based on Indian Medicine Central Council (Requirements of Minimum Standards for under-graduate Sowa-Rigpa Colleges and attached Hospitals) Regulations, 2017, the visitors thoroughly inspected the College & Hospital Infrastructure, Manpower & Functionality, Equipment & Facilities, and Herbal Garden. Document verification and furnishing the required annexure were done on the second day of the visitation. Men-Tsee-Khang Sowa Rigpa Medical College and Hospital extends its sincere hospitality and thanks to the two visitors who have come for visitation despite their very busy schedule.
